Description
: The digital camera was used to document students creating a gift for someone special. This was our Art lesson with technology integration. The students painted pots, planted flowers, and wrote thank you letters to show their appreciation for important people in their lives. After that, several students were able to narrate and choose the transformations for the photo story. In the other project, I demonstrated the instructions to planting the flower for the project.

Reflection: I think the students enjoyed this project just as much as I did. They were very excited to participate in all parts; from the painting to the writing, and even the narration. This was a very successful project. I took two days for completion. I plan on putting the story on a DVD for all the students to have. Allowing the students to use the digital camera made me very hesitant, but I chose a student who I knew was responsible and would be extra careful. I am positive that I will use this program again to integrate technology in the classroom.
